Pici AI - Photo Beautifier & Style Transform

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pici AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pici AI lets you edit photos with AI tools (such as enhancement, restoration, colorization, style and face effects) and with a free manual editor, and save or share the results. Some features require an account, a subscription or credits.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live.
• You can sign in with Google or with an email address. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

3. Your Photos and Content

• You keep your rights. You own the photos you upload and the results you create.
• Permission to process. You give us, and the service providers that run the AI features for us, permission to process your photos only to provide the features you use (see our Privacy Policy).
• Your responsibility. Only use photos you have the right to use. For photos of other people, including with Face Swap, you must have their consent.
• AI results. AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or not what you expected. Review them before you share them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create or share content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, defames, threatens or impersonates others;
• create misleading images of real people without their consent, including deepfakes intended to deceive;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or get around its usage limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Subscriptions

• Pici Pro is offered as weekly, monthly and annual subscriptions. The price and the monthly AI-edit allowance of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies.

6. Credits

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits let you run AI edits when you have no subscription allowance left.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
• You may also earn a free edit by watching a rewarded ad, when the app offers it.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (Firebase, Google Play, AdMob), RevenueCat (purchases) and AILabTools (AI image processing). Their own terms and policies apply to their services.

8. Changes and Availability

We may change, add or remove features, including AI tools offered by our providers, and may update prices for future billing periods as permitted by the app stores. We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Service or its results, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Deleting your account erases your profile and saved results; it does not cancel a store subscription, which you cancel in your store account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms in the app and update the "Last Updated" date. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
